Sign includes a D Hook on the back. This sign is sealed multiple times for protection and undergoes a long curing process. It is not recommended that this sign be placed in a direct path of consistent rain or snow. I highly suggest mounting this sign under or near an awning or over hang. Please be sure to mount and secure this sign properly to your home. Midwest Designs is not liable for damages, broken or weathered pieces.

The back pattern is made of beautiful Red Oak. The numbers are metal and are adhered to have a floating look.

These signs are made to order and due to the personalization of them there will be absolutely no returns.
